My Story

Nutrition plays a critical role in our health and well being. We all require proper cellular nourishment to develop and maintain a strong immune system. This is especially true for ADHD children. Studies have shown that some ADHD children are deficient in one or more of the necessary nutrients for balanced health (amino acids, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids) which can manifest as ADHD-type behavior.
